Do you supply direct to the public or only to businesses?

We service hospitality, catering, and retail businesses across Fiji. For business or bulk orders, please contact our team to open an account, we will endeavour to respond within 24 business hours.

Existing customers can order directly by phone, or email. New customers please contact our team to open an account and access our full product range and pricing. We prefer orders be submitted to our team via email. This helps us maintain clear communication, resolve any potential disputes, and ensure transparency in our customer–supplier relationships.

Yes, a minimum order here at Markwell is 200kg for free delivery. Orders under this level may incur additional cost.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, order size and other factors like public holidays. We recommend speaking with a member of our team to confirm timings but as a rule, orders will be dispatched to our clients within the Western division within 24 hours from order receipt. Coral coast is serviced every Tuesday and Thursday with Suva serviced every Friday.

Yes — it may be available for some customers if orders are received before our daily cut-off time. Availability depends on stock levels and delivery schedules. Please contact our team to confirm if same-day delivery can be arranged for your order.

Yes, collection from our warehouse is available by prior arrangement. Please confirm collection times in advance so your order is ready.

We accept bank transfer or approved credit account. For retail or smaller orders, cash or EFTPOS payments can be made at our warehouse. Payment terms will be confirmed when setting up your customer account.

We deliver across Fiji, and the outer islands, with temperature-controlled logistics to ensure your order arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

Please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery for any incorrect or damaged items. We’ll review and arrange a replacement, credit, or return in line with our Food Safety and Returns Policy.

Absolutely. If you’re after something not in our range, we’ll do our best to source it through our network of trusted international suppliers. Special items may take approximately 2–3 weeks to arrive in Fiji, however this timeframe can be expedited via Airfreight at an additional cost.
